What is the Partner Network?

The Partner Network is a curated collective of tourism and hospitality professionals committed to growing the Hudson Valley’s visibility and visitor economy. Members gain access to marketing opportunities, curated referrals, strategic support, and more.

We offer multiple tiers of membership — from free Essential listings to premium Signature packages with included marketing support. You can view the membership options here.

Yes, participation in select campaigns, creative services, events may incur additional costs. Members will be notified and can opt in as desired.

Simply fill out the membership application form and our team will review your submission.

Your application is reviewed, and if accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps, onboarding materials, and details based on your select tier.

What types of groups do you work with?

We proudly work with all types of groups booking 10 or more rooms, including corporate retreats, incentive trips, wellness retreats, social clubs, mission-driven organizations, educational groups, celebrations, and more.

Whether you’re planning a leadership retreat, a cultural exploration, or a special group getaway, we curate immersive, customized experiences across the Hudson Valley tailored to your group’s unique goals and interests.

We provide full destination management services including itinerary design, accommodating sourcing, transportation, and on ground logistics.

While we have curated experiences, all group trips are custom built based on goals, group size, and interest.

Simply fill out our Group Travel RFP Form, and one of our destination specialists will be in touch to discuss your needs and build your proposal.

While the Hudson Valley is our specialty, we also curate select experiences in Aruba and can collaborate on custom destination strategies elsewhere.
