  • Any affiliated partner network
  • Cooperative programs
  • Educational initiatives 
  • Workshops and Events Series
  • Media platforms, podcasts, publications, and digital tools or resources
  • Future programs, initiatives, and affiliated brands operated by HAMAK Hospitality Solutions

 

These terms and conditions apply regardless of whether the interaction occurs through:

Websites 

  • Email communications
  • Phone or virtual communications
  • Events, workshops, or speaking engagements
  • Partner introductions, or networking events
  • Digital platforms or media
  • Information or exploratory conversations

 

Your interaction with HAMAK Hospitality Solutions, including participation in programs, does not establish a formal consulting or client relationship unless explicitly defined in a separate written agreement.  Participation in programs, networks, or events does not constitute a contractual consulting agreement.

  • Presentations
  • Written communications
  • Program Participation 

Are provided for information and educational purposes unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement.HAMAK Hospitality Solutions does not guarantee specific business, tourism, financial, or operational outcomes. 

HAMAK Hospitality Solutions operates various programs, partner networks, educational initiatives, and cooperative efforts designed to support tourism and hospitality development, personal empowerment,t and growth. Participation in any programs, including but not limited to:

  • Hudson Valley Hospitality and Tourism Partner Network
  • Ayerim.com
  • Tourism Unpacked
  • Hudson Valley Travel Specialist
  • Educational Programs, Partner Initiatives, Educational Programs

 

Does not create a formal consulting agreement unless explicitly stated in writing. 

 

HAMAK Hospitality Solutions may facilitate introductions, collaborations, or partnerships with third parties, including but not limited to: 

  • Tourism Organizations
  • Hotels and Accommodations 
  • Venues
  • Consultants
  • Service Providers
  • Event Organizers

These third parties operate independently. HAMAK Hospitality Solutions is not responsible for the performance, actions, or services of third parties. 

 

Participation in HAMAK Hospitality Solutions events, workshops, programs, or speaking engagements is voluntary. Content provided during these engagements is informational and educational.HAMAK Hospitality Solutions is not liable for any decisions and actions taken basedon event participation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify events as necessary.

 

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, content, branding, program structures, and communications created by HAMAK Hospitality Solutions are the intellectual property of HAMAK Hospitality Solutions. This includes all materials; they may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission. You are not to misuse, reproduce, or misrepresent proprietary information shared through programs, consultations, or communications. 

 

HAMAK Hospital Solutions makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Business performance
  • Tourism outcomes 
  • Partnership success
  • Economic impact
  • Revenue or financial results 

Results depend on external factors beyond our control. 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAMAK Hospitality Solutions shall not be liable for damages arising from:

  • Third Party Referrals
